Amendment in Operational Guidelines

Subject: Amendment in Operational Guidelines issued/amended till 31.03.2021 for the Scheme of "Operation Greens".

Ministry of Food Processing Industries has been implementing a Central Sector Scheme of "Operation Greens" and issued the Operational Guidelines from time to time.

Attention is invited to the following paras of respective Guidelines issued till 31.03.2021 wherein Utilization Certificate is required to be submitted before release of all instalments (except 1st tranche of 1st instalment).

1. para 9.4.2.i., para 9.4.3.i & para 9.4.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 05/11/2018;
2. para 9.4.2.i., para 9.4.3.i & para 9.4.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 10/12/2018;
3. para 9.5.2.i., para 9.5.3.i & para 9.5.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 10/01/2019;
4. para 9.5.2.i., para 9.5.3.i & para 9.5.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 20/09/2019;
5. para 9.5.1.i (2nd tranche of 1st instalment), para 9.5.2.i, para 9.5.3.i & para 9.5.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 15/01/2020 and
6. Para 9.5.1.i (2nd tranche of 1st instalment), para 9.5.2.i, para 9.5.3.i & para 9.5.4.i of Operational Guidelines dated 04/03/2021.

The aforesaid paras of the respective Operational Guidelines stand Modified / amended to the extent that the Utilization Certificate is not required to be submitted for release of Grants-in-aid under the scheme as per Rule 238(3) of General Financial Rules, 2017.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
