India-UAE CEPA : List of Agencies Authorized to issue COO
Public Notice No. 05/2015-2020 Dated 29th April, 2022
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Appendix 2B [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Coo) (Preferential)] of the FTP by including the list of authorized agencies allowed to issue COO for India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), as under:
