MoFPI opens schemes for SC/ST entrepreneurs and North East Regions

"Financial Assistance to set up Infrastructure Projects in Food Processing Sector"

Proposals are invited from prospective entrepreneurs belonging to SC/ST category and North-East Region (NER) under following component schemes of "PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA" as per the respective scheme guidelines dated 8th June 2022 (available at https://www.mofpi.gov.in).

Creation of Infrastructure for Agro Processing Clusters

Creation/Expansion of Food Processing & Preservation Capacities

Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure

Setting up/ Upgradation of Food Testing Laboratories

Operation Greens — Long Term Interventions

The entities are required to submit their proposals online only at https://www.sampada-mofpi.gov.in/ with relevant details (under appropriate headings) under "PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA".

No physical submission of proposals or through any other means shall be accepted.

The last date for submitting applications is 17:00 hrs on 20th September, 2023.

The entities are required to submit a Demand Draft as non-refundable fee as per respective scheme guidelines, in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi". A scanned copy of Demand Draft must be attached along with the application.

The demand drafts, in original, should reach the Ministry not later than one week after last date of submission of application.

Deficient infrastructure facility for the eligible crops in the eligible production clusters

are Annexed in case of Operation Greens — Long Term Interventions scheme.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 23^rd August 2023 at 10:00 hrs in Room No. 120, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi.

The link for submission of online application shall be available and functional from
00 hrs of 7th August 2023 till 17.00 hrs of 20th September 2023.
