Subject: Amendment under Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and ANFs of FTP 2023 -Regarding.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of the FTP 2023.

1. A new entry at Si. No. 38 in Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 shall be inserted as under:

2. Accordingly, Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in the Appendix 2T for issuing Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for the items listed in the table above. The RCMC issued by EEPC INDIA till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till their expiry. Effect of this Public Notice: Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in the Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 for issuing RCMC for specific items, with immediate effect.
