Amendment of EPCG Licence

In case of wrong entries / mistakes done during the Fresh application, the applicant has an opportunity to amend the EPCG licence within 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue of licence. Following amendments are allowed to be made in the EPCG licence.

• Export Items
• CA / CE certificates

Once the amendments are entered, the export obligation is recalculated based on the changed figures. Once again the declaration needs to be signed and necessary fee has to be paid.
